Format: Short, interactive course

Description: This course won a Creative Challenge Award from Microsoft. This screen comes from a course on Wi-Fi that I created for the Windows Mobile Devices account.

Interactive Elements: The user is prompted to follow five easy steps to activate W-Fi and begin browsing. By clicking on hotspots that correspond to the actual buttons or drop-down menus on the device, sales reps get hands-on practice so that they can learn the correct sequence of steps.
